- Peter Macdougall owns Macknsons, a WA-based company specialising in freight that has zero damage-tolerance. IT equipment, medical machines and commercial fridges are on the weekly duty roster, and the company has contracts with the WA Art Gallery and Museum for movement of precious material that cannot be replaced. The company has a wide range of truck brands but has recently added two Dailys – a tray-top and a curtainsider to the fleet, along with two X-Way rigids.

- Another Iveco Trakker 6x6 drilling service truck has just headed north, adding to the large Pilbara population of Iveco's heavy-duty off-road workhorse. Rated for a 50-tonne GCM with higher rating on application, Trakker has firmly established itself among contractors and companies who need extreme-duty trucks that cope with the worst Australia can throw at them. AV Trucks still has stock of the 4x4 version (44-tonne GCM).

- Scrubs Transport owner Danny Welsh recently drove away with his brand new IVECO Stralis ATi360 Rigid 4x2. A special order was requested of the AV Trucks team to accommodate a smaller wheel base and tyres including a different rear axle ratio. In addition, it was important that the existing body on his previous MAN rigid truck could easily be swapped over. Key reasons for the change over to IVECO and AV Trucks – price and the size of the cab. The Stralis ATi, perfect for Scrubs Transport to carry and deliver vehicles to the North West.

- A recent Stralis AT 500 delivery for Australian Civil Haulage. ACH are not new purchasers of IVECO trucks, with 15 others already in their fleet! This purchase is allocated to special sand cartage for Boral Masonry Brick in Midland. Laurie Cassisi from ACH says, "Through our partnership with AV Trucks developed over the years, they sourced this truck suited to our specification and shipped it over. We are now waiting for our next purchase to arrive, an IVECO ASL 560 prime mover. Great team at AV, great trucks."
